This site is operated by MinervaXR Ltd., which is the controller of everything described below. Anything on this page can be taken up at contact@minervaxr.com.

This page says, in plain language, what this website collects, what it deliberately does not, and the choices you have. It covers minervaxr.com — the marketing site and its account area — not the Minerva XR product installed at a customer site, which runs inside the customer's own environment.

Visiting the site

• We count page views and the steps of the sign-up funnel as aggregate numbers, on our own servers. A counter goes up; no profile of you is built.
• There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site.
• Location is deliberately never collected. Nothing on this site derives geography from your visit.
• Your IP address is seen by our server, as it is by every website you visit. We use it for one thing: to stop a single source flooding the form or the counters. It is held in memory long enough to do that, and never written into a record, attached to anything, or passed on.

The contact form

If you write to us, we receive what you typed — name, email, organization, message — and we use it to reply to you. Nothing else is done with it.

Your account

• Sign-in runs on Microsoft's identity service (Microsoft Entra External ID), including when you choose "Sign in with Google" through it. Your password is held by Microsoft or Google — never by us.
• From a sign-in we receive your email address and display name.
• A signed-in session is one cookie holding exactly: your account id, email, name, whether you signed in with Google or with a password, and its own timestamps. It expires by itself within 24 hours.

Cookies

The site sets only cookies that signing in requires: a short-lived one during the sign-in itself (about 10 minutes), the session above, and one that holds nothing but a marker saying a session exists — it is what lets the page show your account instead of a “Sign In” button the moment it opens.

There is no cookie banner, and the reason is not that we avoid advertising cookies — though we do. The rule asks something narrower: whether what a site stores on your device is strictly necessary for something you asked it to do. Signing in is something you asked for, and those three cookies are what it takes. A cookie for advertising would need your agreement whatever we called it, and we set none.

What is kept in your browser

Two display settings, and only if you change them yourself: which colour theme you picked, and whether you asked moving content to stop. They stay on your device — nothing sends them to us, and they are no part of the counting described above. Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them, and everything still works.

Your choices

• Sign out at any time from your account page — the session ends immediately.
• Ask what we hold about you — the right of inspection, section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law — and ask us to correct it if it is wrong, under section 14. Write to contact@minervaxr.com.
• Ask us to delete your account data. Israeli law does not oblige us to, outside a few cases that do not apply here; we do it anyway, on request.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, with a new effective date at the top.
